Wayne Tosko

Wayne J. Tosko has been practicing insurance defense litigation for more than thirty years. His practice has involved first-party, property work, third-party liability work and coverage litigation.

Since forming the law firm of Vasquez & Tosko, LLP in 2000, Mr. Tosko has been heavily involved in the evaluation of third-party coverage issues under both general liability and auto policies. A significant portion of this coverage analysis and litigation has related to the scope of coverage for construction defects and additional insured issues.

Mr. Tosko is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell and is admitted to practice in all State and Federal courts in Florida.

Mr. Tosko graduated from the University of Iowa (Phi Beta Kappa) with a BA in Political Science in 1980. He graduated from The University of Iowa College of Law in 1983.
